1. About these terms

These terms apply to the carrecards.com website and to the beta sign-up. They are published by Michael Demetriou, Andrea Kyriakou 16, Konia 8300, Pafos, Cyprus (see the legal notice). The Carré game is not available yet. Before the app is available, these terms will be completed with the rules for the game itself, and you will be asked to accept them in the app before you play.

2. What is available today

The website presents the game and lets you ask to join the closed beta. Nothing can be bought on the website, and there is no account to create on it.

3. The beta sign-up

By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the e-mail address is yours. We use it only to invite you to the beta and to tell you when the game launches (see the privacy notice, sections 2 and 4). Places in the beta are limited: signing up does not guarantee an invitation. You can ask us at any time to remove your address.

4. Taking part in the beta

A beta version is a test version. It may have errors, change, be interrupted or stop at any time. Progress, results and coins in the beta may be reset before the public launch. Beta coins have no monetary value either.

5. Using the website

Use the website for its purpose only. Do not sign up other people without their agreement, send automated sign-ups, or try to disrupt or gain access to the website or our servers. The game's name, artwork, cards, interfaces and code are protected; see the legal notice.

6. Entertainment only, 18 and over

Carré is a card game for entertainment. It will be for players aged 18 and over. No money can be won. Coins in the game have no monetary value: they can never be withdrawn, converted into money or exchanged for any real-world good or service, and they cannot be passed from one player to another.
